Refund and Returns Policy

At The Heart School, we are committed to providing compassionate and effective support for those on their healing journey. We value the trust you place in us and aim to ensure a positive experience for all our members and clients. Please review our refund and returns policy to understand our guidelines and procedures regarding memberships, courses, and coaching services.

1. Memberships

  • Awakening Membership Subscriptions: Due to the nature of digital content and membership services, all sales for Awakening Membership subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds for monthly or bi-annual membership fees once a payment has been processed.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access to the membership area will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. After cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing cycles, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing period.

2. Online Courses

  • Healing Grief and Awakening Courses: Course fees are non-refundable once access to the course materials has been granted. We encourage you to thoroughly review course descriptions before enrolling to ensure they align with your needs and expectations.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unique circumstances may arise, and we are committed to supporting our community. If you believe a refund request is warranted due to extraordinary circumstances, please contact us at support@theheartschool.com. We review such requests on a case-by-case basis, though approval is not guaranteed.

3. 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

  • Single Session and 4-Week Program: Refunds are available for coaching sessions if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the full fee will be charged.
  • Rescheduling: We offer one opportunity to reschedule your session at no additional cost if requested 24 hours or more before the scheduled time. Please contact us at support@theheartschool.com to request a reschedule.

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your account, courses, or other resources, please reach out to our support team. We are here to assist you in resolving any access issues as quickly as possible.
