The Heart School (“Company”) reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions of this Agreement at its sole discretion, without notice or liability to you. Any changes to this Agreement will become effective immediately upon posting on this Website. By continuing to use the Website after any changes have been posted, you agree to review this Agreement regularly and accept any changes as binding.
- Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement
This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Website and to become a “Member.” For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Member” refers to a person who has completed the subscription process and is current with membership payments. By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge and agree that Members of The Heart School are part of an online community that connects users with similar needs and interests. While certain content on the Website may be viewable by the public, only Members can interact with other Members in communication features, including forums or chat functions.
This Agreement includes the following, which are incorporated by reference:
(i) The Company’s Privacy Policy,
(ii) Any additional terms or conditions disclosed to you if you choose to become a Member, purchase additional services, or access special promotions.

- Eligibility
To access and use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age. Any use of the Service is void where prohibited. By accessing and using this Website, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by its terms.
By becoming a Member, you also represent and warrant that you are not legally prohibited from joining the community for any reason, including but not limited to criminal convictions or registration as a sex offender.
- Membership and Subscription
Membership to The Heart School is available only to individuals who complete the subscription process and pay the required membership fee. Membership gives you access to all available services and features, including communication with other Members. Failure to pay membership dues for two (2) consecutive calendar months may result in termination of your membership without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for the content you post or share on the Website. The Heart School is not responsible for any user-generated content, including but not limited to posts, comments, or messages shared between Members. Each Member is solely responsible for ensuring that their own content complies with the guidelines of this Agreement and applicable laws.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Heart School, its owner, employees, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Website, the services provided, or any user-generated content. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, loss of profits, or any personal injury resulting from the use of our services or information provided on the Website.
The Heart School does not guarantee that all information provided on the Website or through its services is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Members are responsible for verifying information and conducting their own research before making decisions based on any content accessed through the Website.

- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.
- Your Interactions with Other Members
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE HEART SCHOOL DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR SCREENINGS ON ITS MEMBERS. WE DO NOT VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF STATEMENTS MADE BY MEMBERS IN THEIR PROFILES OR ANY OTHER CONTENT THEY POST ON THE WEBSITE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE BEHAVIOR OR SUITABILITY OF MEMBERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER MEMBERS. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR OTHER SCREENINGS, SUCH AS SEX OFFENDER REGISTER SEARCHES, AT ANY TIME USING AVAILABLE PUBLIC RECORDS.
The Heart School is not responsible for the conduct of any Member. You agree to take all necessary precautions when interacting with other Members, especially if you choose to communicate off the Website, meet in person, disclose personal information (such as your home address), or send money. THE HEART SCHOOL STRONGLY ADVISES AGAINST SHARING YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION (E.G., CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS) OR SENDING MONEY TO OTHER MEMBERS. - Your Conduct and Content Posted by You on the Website
You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, publish, or otherwise share (hereinafter, “post”) on the Website or transmit to other Members, including but not limited to emails, videos, photographs, and profile text (collectively, “Content”). The content you post may be public or private, depending on where it is shared, but you must adhere to the following rules:
You are prohibited from posting any offensive, abusive, obscene, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content. Content that infringes upon another’s rights, such as intellectual property or privacy rights, is strictly forbidden. You also may not post any personal contact information (such as phone numbers, street addresses, or emails) in public-facing parts of the website, such as profiles, message boards, or blogs. - Any requests for money or attempts to defraud users.

- False or misleading information, defamatory or libelous content.
- Unsolicited mass communications, such as spam, junk mail, or chain letters.

The Company reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any Member who violates these rules, including removing the offending content or terminating the Member’s account.
Your use of the Website and all content you post must comply with applicable laws and regulations. The Company reserves the right to access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or if such access is necessary to:
(i) Comply with legal obligations,
(ii) Enforce this Agreement,
(iii) Respond to claims that content violates the rights of third parties,
(iv) Address your requests for customer service, or
(v) Protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Company or others.
If you post content that suggests harm to yourself or others, another Member may attempt to report this to the Company. While we are not obligated to act on such reports, we may choose to disclose your account information to third parties in an effort to protect you or others.
- Prohibited Activities
The Heart School reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your membership if you misuse the Service or behave inappropriately or unlawfully, whether your actions occur on or off the Website but involve Members you have met through the Service. Below is a partial list of actions that are prohibited in connection with the Service:
- Impersonating any person or entity.
- Soliciting money or personal information from Members.
- Posting any content that violates the rules outlined in Section 8.
- Stalking, harassing, or intimidating any individual.
- Implying or claiming that statements you make are endorsed by The Heart School without prior written consent.
- Asking or using Members to help conceal the origin, source, or destination of illegally obtained money or goods.
- Using automated systems like robots, spiders, or site search/retrieval applications to access or manipulate the Website or Service.
- Collecting usernames or email addresses from Members for sending unsolicited emails or framing or linking to the Website without authorization.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Website, Service, servers, or networks.
- Transmitting any material that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive code.
- Manipulating identifiers (e.g., headers) to disguise the origin of any transmitted information.
- “Framing” or “mirroring” any part of the Website or Service without our written consent.
- Using meta tags or other devices containing references to The Heart School, its trademarks, or any content from the Website to direct users to third-party websites.
- Copying, transmitting, or distributing content obtained from the Website or Service without explicit authorization, except for personal use in accordance with this Agreement.
- Subscriptions; Charges on Your Billing Account
To register as a Member, you must complete the subscription form and pay the initial membership fee of 77 Euro per month or 333 Euro per half a year. Your membership will be renewed automatically each month for 77 Euro or each half a year for 333 Euro, provided you remain current on payments. You authorize The Heart School to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”) for all applicable fees. The terms of payment will depend on the agreements with your Payment Method provider.
If you initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment, The Heart School may terminate your account immediately. If the reversal is successfully disputed and funds are returned, your account or membership will not be reinstated.
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled. To cancel or modify your membership, log in and go to “Account Settings” on the Website. You will not receive a prorated refund if you cancel before the end of the billing period, but you can continue to use the membership until the current term expires.
By subscribing, you authorize The Heart School to charge your Payment Method now and at the start of each new membership period. If payment is not received, your account may be suspended or terminated until payment is made. Upon receiving payment, your membership will renew with the start of a new commitment period.
You must keep your Billing Account information current. Update any changes, such as billing address, card number, or expiration date, through “Account Settings.” If your Payment Method is cancelled or lost, you are still responsible for all charges accrued.
- Registration and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other information you upload to the Website. Any activity conducted using your username and password is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorized by you. Notify The Heart School immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use. Your username and password are non-transferable.
- Use of Website Services
The Heart School provides a platform for individuals to connect and share similar experiences, but it does not assess your specific needs or evaluate Members. Members are not employees, agents, or representatives of The Heart School. We do not verify the qualifications, identity, or credentials of Members or review their posted content. You are solely responsible for verifying the identity and information of other Members.
We do not guarantee that you will find another Member suitable for you, nor do we offer any endorsements or recommendations. The Heart School does not monitor communications between Members and has no obligation to do so.
The advice, information, and content shared on the Website, and anything included with the membership is for informational purposes only and may not be suitable for your specific circumstances. It is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical or psychological counsel. You should consult with appropriate professionals for personal matters and not rely solely on advice from Members. The Heart School assumes no responsibility for any actions taken or omitted based on information obtained through the Website.
Emergency Situations
The Heart School and its Members are not equipped to handle emergency situations. If you are in an emergency or need immediate medical or psychological assistance, please contact a local professional, such as your doctor or counsellor, or call your local emergency number!
- Use of Forum
The Website and Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company disclaims any responsibility for the availability, timeliness, security, or reliability of the Service, including any failure to store or transmit content. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability.

You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands in connection with any action arising out of or related to this Agreement or its subject matter. You waive any objection based on lack of personal jurisdiction, place of residence, improper venue, or forum non-convenience in any such action. If any court having competent jurisdiction holds any provision of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable in any respect, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of or failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement by the Company shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
